Regarding the business logo portrait GOLD & PLATINUM packages (digital version) we offer our 100% money-back guarantee. We will modify your logo until you are completely satisfied or we will refund you 100% of your investment.
For the BRONZE package, HyprLoox™ unfortunately does not accept refunds for change of mind or for any other reason, and the contract cannot never be canceled or refunded. Basically, we offer 1 product revision if the customer is not satisfied with the illustration.
If you don’t send us the pics and guidelines we need to draw the portrait, after completing the payment, we don’t refund for any reason. When you place the order you automatically accept these terms and they aren’t negotiable.

If the goods are received damaged or broken, the company will organize a replacement product to be sent to you on the basis of an expedited shipping agreement. We only ask you to share an image of the damaged product so that we can share it with our service provider.
