Hi, here is Megan from Hyprloox headquarters 🙂
In this new article, I want to share with you 8 Habits Of Highly Successful People. This information helped me a lot to change my unproductive habits with new ones in order to let me achieve the results and successes I was looking for 🙂
I have 2 questions for you. Why some people achieve greater success than others? What particular qualities do they possess to achieve results constantly?
Well, there is a sort of “formula” that highly successful people always follow. A “formula” that is related to a specific mindset and behavior.
Most of the time, success has nothing to do with the last tool, the last strategy, the last technology. Instead, success is an attitude, a habit, a muscle. If you train yourself mentally first, you can achieve a level of success and results you couldn’t imagine.
What are these 8 successful habits?
Habit #1 – Take 100% responsibility.
This habit is one of the most important attitudes you need to develop if you want to achieve any success.
Listen carefully to me. If, for any reason, you are not achieving the results you are looking for, there is always a specific reason why.
We are human beings, and we should constantly looking for improvement. If other people in your same field where you are struggling are producing good results, it means that they know something that you don’t know; they are using different methods, strategies and mindset.
Keep in mind that success is absolutely related to the failure. Failure, in my opinion, is a great teacher because it teaches you how things mustn’t be done. In every failure, there is a lesson inside. And if you don’t understand that lesson, life will teach you the same lesson again with another failure.
The key point here is that you have to take responsibility for your successes and failures as well. The level of success you can achieve depends on the number of failures you experienced in your life. Take 100% responsibility, both for your successes and failures.
Blaming with governments, taxes, environment, economy, clients etc, etc. If you are not achieving the results you want, you have to change something. Take 100% responsibility for what happens in your life.

Habit #2 – Decide exactly what you want.
This habit is extremely important. It has a lot to do with your vision, with establishing goals. It is probably not the first time in your life that someone mentioned to you how important it is to have a goal.
At the same time, we often forget the basics, and it is a good rule to remember the foundations of success.
Let me give you a basic example.
In another article of this blog, I have written about the importance of understanding why you do what you do. Why you do something has strictly related to your goals.
If you don’t have a clear goal of what you want to accomplish, your chances of achieving success are nearly zero.
Let’s suppose you want to increase your income from $50k to $200k per year in the next 12 months. This is a very specific goal, and with the right strategies, tools and mindset, you can achieve it.
On the other side, if your goal is to earn more money without a deadline, without knowing how much money you really desire, chances are pretty high that you won’t achieve any result.
As I told you before, goals are linked with “the why” you do what you do. If you work only for the money, I can assure you that you won’t achieve any specific goal.
The path for success is not linear; indeed, it consists of many deviations that you need to run across if you really want to achieve that specific result that you set at the beginning of this journey.
Once you know exactly what you want, habit #3 plays a decisive role.
Habit #3 – Believe it is possible.
It is extremely important. If you have a goal, a specific one, but you don’t believe to be capable of achieving it, you won’t achieve it, for sure.
Whether or not you believe that you will achieve something in life, you will be right in both cases.
“Whatever your mind can conceive or believe you can achieve” is a quote by Napoleon Hill. And he is right.
My suggestion is to consider this habit when settings your goals, otherwise it’s almost impossible to get the success you want.
Consider this. Your beliefs regarding your goals and your capability to achieve them change based on the results you obtain.
Let me give you an example.
Let’s suppose that your goal for the next 6 months is to earn $20k, and you believe it is possible. After you have got this result, you have increased your self-esteem, you have learned new ways of making money, you have grown as an entrepreneur.
At this stage, you can set other goals, more ambitious, based on your experience. The next step could be to earn $100k in the next 12 months, and so on…
Remember the basics: you have to believe it is possible for you.

Habit #4 – Visualize your success.
Being able to visualize, on a daily basis, what success is meant to you.
Let me give you a practical example.
Let’s suppose you want to be a public speaker, and in the next 2 years, you want to speak in front of an audience of 1000 people. This is your goal.
Visualizing your goal is to imagine yourself to be in front of 1000 people, as you had already achieved this goal. Close your eyes and imagine the room with 1 thousand people inside.
How do you feel? What do you see? What do you hear? Smell the environment. Feel the emotions in your body.
It has to become a vivid representation in your mind.
See yourself in action with your amazing speech and feel the applause of the people at the end of it. See yourself in action.
This is what I mean by visualizing your success. It’s a powerful technique that helps you in your journey to achieve the result you are looking for.
Habit #5 – Act as if you are already successful
This habit’s main focus is to condition your mind to see the results you want to achieve. You know, our mind can’t distinguish a real experience from a vividly lived one.
For this reason, it is extremely important to act as if you have already accomplished your goal. Success is an attitude and is a feeling too.
Based on the previous example, if you vividly imagine yourself giving a speech with 1000 people in front of you, you are conditioning your mind daily.
Even if you haven’t already experienced a situation like this in the “real world”, your mind believes it is true.
I know that it sounds a little crazy, but it is extremely efficient and effective in order to let you achieve the success you want. You have to believe you deserve it first before the result will come along.

Habit #6 – Willing to pay the price
In order to achieve your goal, you have to do something. You have to pay the price first.
What does “pay the price” mean?
The concept is very simple. If you really want to do an amazing speech in front of 1000 people, you need to master that skill first.
Suppose you want to manage an event on your own. In that case, you probably have to work on your marketing, producing content related to your target audience to attract people to follow you first before inviting them to the live event. And so on…
You have to do a lot of things to accomplish your goal. This is what I mean with “pay the price first”.
The question is: “are you willing to pay the price in advance to accomplish your goal?” If your answer is “NO”, it could be a problem.
In order to achieve anything in life, you have to be willing to do whatever it takes to do it (obviously without damaging anything or anyone). There is always something to sacrifice, remember it.
Habit #7 – Feel the fear without letting it stops you.
A lot of people think that successful people have no fears. It’s not true.
We are human beings, and we are constantly living with emotions.
Successful people are afraid to make bad decisions or to do something wrong. They have doubts like you. And it is completely understandable.
The difference is that they don’t let their fears stop them. They continue their journey beside the fears and doubts. They do their tasks anyway in order to accomplish their dream.
In your path to reach your goal, there will be many tasks to do. You have to be willing to do things or tasks that put you outside your comfort zone. This is why you grow as an entrepreneur.
It is said that a company grows only if the entrepreneur grows as well.
This is why it is extremely important “WHY” you do what you do. It guides you throughout your entire journey.

Habit #8 – Find a mentor
You can’t pretend to do all the things you have to do without a guide.
In other words, without having a guide that had already achieved the goal you want to achieve, it is very hard to accomplish the results you are looking for.
Keep in mind that there are 2 main factors that you should consider, especially in business: time and money.
Without a mentor that can guide you, you are losing time by doing all the things alone, and you are losing money too, due to a lot of mistakes you will do in your path.
You need to be trained by someone who has the skills and experience necessary to achieve your goal.
Sometimes people don’t want to pay someone else’s expertise because they think it is not necessary. With this mindset, they will fail a lot of times before finding the right path.
To be honest, these people often decide to quit because they think it is too hard. The problem is that they have to test a lot of things because they don’t have the right knowledge and experience.
With a mentor, instead, all the journey could be easier and faster. In addition, you will enjoy the process because you are not alone.
Find a mentor as soon as possible. Don’t waste your time and money.
